Servicing a standard gas condensing boiler costs €139 incl. VAT, call-out included, in Brussels and Wallonia. The price covers cleaning, combustion adjustment, safety checks and the service report.

How quickly do you come for a boiler repair?

We usually attend within 24 to 48 hours. The repair call-out is €119 incl. VAT (travel and labour); if a part must be replaced, you receive a quote on site before any repair.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover Brussels and all of Wallonia: Liège, Namur, Charleroi, Mons, Walloon Brabant, Hainaut and the province of Luxembourg.

Which boiler brands do you work on?

All brands: Vaillant, Bulex, Viessmann, Junkers, Bosch, Buderus, Remeha, De Dietrich, Baxi, Saunier Duval, Ariston and others, gas as well as oil.

Is boiler servicing mandatory in Belgium?

Yes. The periodic inspection is mandatory every 2 years in Brussels and every 3 years in Wallonia for a gas boiler, and every year for an oil boiler. Manufacturers recommend an annual service.

Do I receive a certificate after the service?

Yes. After each service you receive a signed service report, to keep for your home insurance, your landlord or the sale of the property.

Do you install condensing boilers?

Yes. We replace and install gas condensing boilers. The quote is free and sent within 24 hours, with a free technical visit if necessary.
