We only collect the data you give us yourself through the forms on the site (booking, installation request, message):
- first name, last name, address, phone number and email address;
- information about your installation: boiler brand and model, description of the fault, layout of the home;
- the date and time slot you would like for the visit.
3. Why we use this data
- to answer your request, prepare a quote and schedule the visit (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps);
- to remind you when your next service is due (our legitimate interest; you can object at any time);
- to comply with our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for email advertising.
4. Who has access to your data
Your data is processed by A-Heating. It passes through our technical processors: Formspree (form delivery) and Netlify (hosting), based in the United States, which process it on our behalf under contractual safeguards compliant with the GDPR.
5. Retention period
Requests that do not lead to a job are kept for as long as needed to handle them. Customer data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then for the statutory retention periods for accounting documents.
6. Your rights
You can at any time ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing or receive it in a portable format, and you can object to its use. Simply write to aheating.be@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (dataprotectionauthority.be).
